May 04, 2019· The Crusher's are loud! I installed the sound reduction baffles from Kuryakyn and it helped just a little. The baffles took the sound level down a few decibels but also seems to have made the exhaust note just a tad deeper. I love the sound! Below is a video showing startup and idle as well as the audio from a cruise in heavy traffic.

Jan 04, 2016· While it captures what they sound like from a rider's perspective on the bike, the video doesn't fully capture the volume of sound. Another user on the forum I think accurately described it by saying they weren't quite as loud as a Sportster with 2" drag pipes, but they are not that much quieter either. Nonetheless, they sound really good.

Sep 30, 2016· The difference is exhaust note. The Crusher Mellows will bark when you get on them, but quiet down at highway speed. This let's me hear my stereo at about half-volume. I like that considering that I'm mostly a long-distance rider. The Maverick is louder, considerably. They sound good, I just don't want to listen to that all damn day.

Tuners who are familiar with them say they tune good and make decent power. V&H makes the Crushers & Power Cells for Kury. Mike Roland is Kury's performance guru. Sharp guy.
